Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Customer", or "Provider") and MERA SATHI AGROTECH (operated under Veltrionex Smart Creations Pvt. Ltd., collectively "Company", "We", "Us", or "Mera SATHi"), governing your access to and use of the Mera SATHi mobile application, website (https://mera-sathi.in), and associated digital services.

By downloading, registering, browsing, or transacting on Mera SATHi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Mera SATHi operates an electronic marketplace and communication platform designed to enable discoverability between local service seekers ("Buyers") and independent local third-party businesses, technicians, property owners, and equipment rental merchants ("Providers" or "Sellers").

To access certain features, including booking services, posting listings, or applying for jobs, you must register an account using a valid mobile number and email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and One-Time Passwords (OTPs).
• Promptly notify Mera SATHi of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your registered account.

When booking services, ordering rentals, or contacting accommodation owners through Mera SATHi, you agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions, physical addresses, and contact numbers.
• Provide safe, reasonable access to premises for authorized technicians or service visits.
• Pay the agreed booking fee, service charge, or security deposit through approved platform payment methods or agreed Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Inspect rental products upon receipt and return them in clean, working condition according to agreed rental schedules.

Any individual, vendor, or entity listing services, rental items, PG stays, or job vacancies agrees to:

• Hold valid trade licenses, certifications, and technical qualifications required by applicable law to perform listed services.
• Publish authentic pricing, accurate descriptions, and real photographs without misleading claims.
• Honor accepted bookings, appointments, and rental timelines in a professional and courteous manner.
• Never demand unauthorized cash surcharges beyond prices confirmed in the booking order.
• Maintain complete compliance with local municipal laws, taxation requirements, and labor safety regulations.

Pricing for services, accommodations, and rentals is set directly by listed merchants or computed through transparent category rates shown before checkout.

Platform Commission: Mera SATHi may charge a platform commission on eligible transactions processed through the application. Where applicable, commission structures are communicated to providers prior to onboarding and deducted from settlement balances in accordance with written provider terms.

Users and Providers agree not to engage in:

• Posting fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Listing illegal items, unauthorized commercial substances, or hazardous equipment.
• Circumventing platform communication to defraud or evade safety protocols.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or attacking platform infrastructure.
• Abusing the Emergency SOS feature with fake distress signals.

All logos, brand names, visual interfaces, graphics, software code, and database arrangements associated with Mera SATHi are the intellectual property of MERA SATHI AGROTECH / Veltrionex Smart Creations Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mera SATHi and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Actions, negligence, or workmanship quality of independent third-party service providers.
• Disputes over property conditions, rental wear-and-tear, or tenant conduct.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by telecommunications, host infrastructure, or force majeure events.

In all events, the total cumulative liability of Mera SATHi for verified claims shall be limited to the platform fee received for the specific booking in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
